My client is open for either a progressive profile that is looking to take a step up from a Payroll Administrator role, or someone that has gained transferable Payroll Supervisor skills.

Michael Page are actively working with a long standing client who are looking for a new Payroll Supervisor to join their team in Leeds City Centre on a permanent basis. My client is open for either a progressive profile that is looking to take a step up from a Payroll Administrator role, or someone that has gained transferable Payroll Supervisor skills. Description

• Manage the payroll team daily, providing guidance, support, and oversight

• Lead the preparation and processing of weekly payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments

• Lead and oversight of the Payroll system preparation for the following weeks payroll process.

• Act as first point of contact for the payroll team to investigate and resolve any complex payroll discrepancies

• Managing all statutory payroll fillings each week, including FPS, P45s, P7s and pension.

• Responsible for tracking of holiday pay accrual and payment of holiday pay when requested.

Profile

• Have gained relevant experience in similar Payroll Administration, Payroll Supervisor or Payroll Manager position
• Motivated character and keen to broaden skill set
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to take initiative
• Experience across multiple payroll systems

Job Offer

• Generous salary ranging from £34,000 - £38,000
• Hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day at home)
• 37.5 hour working week
• Flexible start and finish times
