Job Description - Payroll Supervisor

Ignata Finance are exclusively partnering a forward thinking business in the recruitment of their Payroll supervisor.

This role will own all payroll processes, constantly looking to ensure high levels of information accuracy and ways to simplify and improve efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Check all inputs from Payroll Coordinator for Monthly payrolls
Submitting the monthly payroll to our external payroll provider
Checking all payroll reports that are returned by the external payroll provider, flagging any questions or irregularities
Provide expertise to the business on payroll on an intricate scale
Liaise directly with the outsourced payroll provider and ensure that the system is sufficiently supporting our payroll runs
Streamlining and managing a slick payroll process with minimal errors
Preparation of payroll journals and reconciliation of payroll nominal codes to ledger
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Responsible for payment of payroll-related taxes and levies and preparation of P11Ds
Liaising with external auditors regarding payroll requests
Maintaining administration of company pension schemes
