Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - Flexitime available

Cooper Lomaz is recruiting for an PCB Test Engineer to join a leading engineering manufacturer based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in electronics testing and diagnostics to join a growing business offering stability and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing PCB's, wiring looms, and electrical assemblies to defined procedures
• Diagnosing faults and highlighting missing or unclear test criteria
• Supporting wider testing activities across production
• Producing clear test reports and updating documentation
• PAT testing and basic panel testing
• Using in-house systems to record test times and results

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience with analogue and digital electronics
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong understanding of test procedures and documentation
• PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and record keeping
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
