Job Descriptions

* Provide a safe, professional, and reliable transport service for clients and service users.

* Assist passengers, including wheelchair users, ensuring they are safely secured using the appropriate equipment.

* Operate the passenger lift and assist the Passenger Assistant when required.

* Support passengers with patience, respect, and an understanding of disability awareness.

* Carry out daily vehicle checks, report defects, and keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.

* Comply with all company procedures, road safety legislation, and health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this PCV Driver role, you must:

* Hold a valid, unrestricted Category D (PCV) Driving Licence.

* Have a minimum of 2 years' experience driving a bus or coach to a high standard.

* Hold a valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.

* Hold, or be willing to apply for, a DVLA Digital Tachograph Driver Card.

* Be willing to undertake and successfully pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

* Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Be reliable, professional, and committed to delivering safe passenger transport.
