Role Overview:

As a PE Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons that inspire and engage students. You will promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy habits, while also helping students develop their skills and understanding of various sports and physical activities. This role requires a dynamic and energetic educator who can motivate students and foster a love for physical activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality PE lessons to students at KS3 and KS4, with potential opportunities to teach KS5.
• Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and the latest educational standards.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Provide constructive feedback to support students' physical and personal growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for physical activity.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching PE at secondary level, with a track record of achieving excellent student outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum and current educational practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
