We are thrilled to be working with an Outstanding-rated mixed school in Islington to recruit a PE Teacher. This full-time, permanent position is available for an ASAP start and offers the opportunity to teach PE up to KS5, encouraging students to develop fitness, teamwork, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Teach PE across KS3, KS4, and KS5, delivering high-quality and engaging lessons


• Support students in improving physical fitness, teamwork, and competitive performance


• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level PE coursework and practical assessments


• Work collaboratively to enhance the PE curriculum with innovative training methods


• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as school sports teams, wellness programmes, and inter-school competitions

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related subject


• PGCE or QTS


• Experience teaching PE up to KS5
