Pension Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a fully remote position for a experienced Pension Administrator to join a well-established Pension Consultancy who offer good salary and benefits, excellent career progression and flexible working hours.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

• Handling a wide range of pension administration tasks, including:
  • Processing changes such as address updates, name changes, and policy amendments.
  • Managing gone-aways, outstanding premium letters, valuations, quotations, projections, and general policy details.
  • Producing wake-up/ad-hoc packs and resolving record mismatches or suspense corrections.
  • Working through multiple exception reports.
• Responding to member queries, including inbound calls, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and recording all interactions thoroughly.
• Following Quality Management Systems and ensuring compliance with policies and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Meeting key performance indicators and maintaining high-quality standards.

What we're looking for (essential):

• Strong pension administration experience, ideally with Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
• Proven ability to handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Experience with pension calculations, payments, and authorisation processes.
• Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy in data entry.
• A collaborative team player, with the ability to coach and support colleagues.
