About the Role

As a Pensions Client Director, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of key client accounts, ensuring service excellence, commercial growth, and long-term retention. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery, identifying new opportunities, and implementing client-focused solutions within a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the relationship management and commercial development for a portfolio of major clients

• Oversee the delivery of Pensions administration services, ensuring high standards against agreed KPIs

• Implement operational effectiveness initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency

• Support revenue growth while managing cost controls and profitability targets

• Act as a strategic advisor, delivering innovative contractual and service solutions

• Collaborate with leadership to mitigate risks and meet performance goals

What You'll Bring

• Strong understanding of Pensions administration, particularly DB schemes

• Experience in third-party administration or client-side relationship management

• Demonstrated ability to lead accounts in a performance-driven environment
