Pensions Communications Senior Manager, in-house

Exceptional senior in-house appointment leading development and delivery of communications on behalf of a £multi-billion Pension Fund.

Hybrid working, onsite 2 days a week London or South East offices

About the role

• Lead design and delivery of the Pension Scheme communications strategy
• Work closely with colleagues across the fund to capture communication needs
• Develop communication guides, oversee existing communication methods such as scheme portal
• Drive member experience enhancement, measuring engagement
• Work closely with the trustee executive team and trustees, to understand wider pensions strategic objectives

About you

• Draw on your expertise in developing and delivering Pension Scheme communications strategy, ideally for £bn+ DB plans
• Utilise your awareness of best practice in communications and channel management with awareness of the developing Pensions landscape
• Project skills including digitalisation initiatives will be highly beneficial
