Pensions Implementation Analyst

OJ is currently working with a major financial services company searching for a number of DB Pensions Implementation Analysts.

This is a permanent opportunity to join a business that is going through a major development of their proposition, with the opportunity to shape how the business will develop in the next coming years.

Here is a brief overview of what they're looking for:

• Strong retirement calculations experience for DB pensions, ideally with 3-5 years' experience in the sector (although can consider those with more experience)
• Thorough understanding of GMP equalisation
• Exposure to or an understanding of new pension dashboard legislation
• Experience of handling pensions implementation for buy ins/buy outs of BPA schemes
• PMI qualification will be desirable but not mandatory

This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in their Manchester office.
