Job Role
As a Senior Associate in the Birmingham Pensions team, you'll handle a varied and high-quality caseload advising corporates, trustees, and public bodies on DB and DC schemes. You'll also contribute to strategic projects such as risk transfers and scheme restructuring.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing tailored legal advice on occupational pension schemes
* Managing complex and day-to-day pensions matters independently
* Drafting detailed legal documentation and supporting project delivery
* Supervising junior team members and contributing to their development
* Collaborating with national colleagues to provide seamless client service

Job Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in pensions law
* Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving abilities
* Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starting approach
* Passionate about mentoring and knowledge sharing
