People Administrator Part - Time

We enjoy looking after people: that’s what great people do.

Our People Advisor looks after all our team members by operating efficient people systems and training our team in our people processes. We are looking for a part-time (15 hours) administrator to help support.

This is an opportunity to join our people team, helping to look after our people. The role will suit an individual who is an experienced administrator, able to work in a confidential environment by supporting the day to day processes with detail and precision. 

An interest in being part of an innovative and growing hospitality business is essential, as we operate that as one team, always willing to help each other.

Red Hotels is a multi-award-winning family-owned group where we aim to put ethics and the environment at the heart of what we do. We employee over 250 team members across the two hotels set on the cliff top at Mawgan Porth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Supporting the employee journey - from placing recruitment adverts, creating, sending contracts and setting up team on our systems


• Understand and support our people process


• Helping to help our team!

Experience:

• Interested in learning


• Competent with Microsoft office packages


• Positive and proactive attitude


• Fantastic organisational skills with attention to detail


• Previous experience of working in an HR or People team is desirable

• Real Living Wage £12.60 per hour


• 28 days holiday per year (29 after 1 year) pro rata
