People Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to a growing HR consultancy. In this client-facing role, you'll provide expert advice on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance. You'll manage a range of cases from disciplinary to grievance issues, support clients with best practice guidance, and help draft key HR documents.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide first-line HR and employment law advice to clients • Handle ER casework (absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance) • Draft contracts, policies, and HR letters • Support client audits and ongoing HR compliance • Build strong client relationships with a proactive and solution-focused approach Requirements: • Proven HR advisory experience (ideally in a consultancy or multi-client environment) • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
