As the People Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional, proactive, and commercially focused HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business. The role is responsible for delivering operational HR services, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation, supporting employee relations matters, and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.

Location: Durrington Head Office (Worthing, West Sussex)
Job Type: permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5pm
Salary: £35,000 (depending on exprience)

This role is ideal for a current HR Administrator, HR Assistant (or similar) looking to take the next step in their HR career. Experience with HRIS (Cascade - Iris) and Office 365 is beneficial.
