People Advisor- 6 month contract

We are looking for an ambitious People Advisor to work with the Corporate and Creative functions within this well known multi-brand business for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

This role will provide true generalist HR support across the management and employee population of this exciting business and is a great opportunity for someone with excellent HR knowledge and a commercial eye to get stuck in and take the next step towards progressing their HR career.

ABOUT YOU:

• You are energetic, hardworking and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• You are an experienced HR generalist with experience of operating in a rapidly growing, fast moving, startup-type organization - able to juggle ambiguity and create precedence where it may not already exist
• An understanding of current employment legislation and topical HR issues with experience of independently managing a range of Employee Relations cases
• Exceptionally well organised and efficient, with a good dose of common sense
• A high degree of integrity - delivery focused with your business area always in mind
• Able to use creativity and initiative to continue to evolve the HR function and as a result help drive forward the value we add to the business
• Solutions focused with a 'can do’ attitude, never complacent and constantly looking for new and improved ways of doing things.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels across the business with a reputation for integrity and achieving results. Experience with tech/digital client areas is a must.

• Open to feedback with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of their work

• You are a conscientious team player, who actively works to deliver as a team and meet challenges as a team with humour and empathy
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work to challenging deadlines with changing priorities
