They specialise in supporting adults with a range of complex needs and pride themselves on putting these adults at the heart of everything they do, to ensure they can live their best life possible.

They are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for people and a strong background in HR.

Responsibilities:
Building strong relationships with leaders and teams to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance.
Collaborating with managers to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Leading initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organisation.
Providing coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

Requirements:
Previous experience in HR or related roles, with a focus on building strong partnerships and driving organisational change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a desire to stay informed about emerging HR trends and best practices.
A genuine passion for creating a positive work environment where every individual feels valued and supported.
