The People Advisor will support the implementation of Workday modules and the continued development of the Electronic Document Management System. This exciting role focuses on delivering efficient, high-quality people services and support. You will handle routine tasks, ensure compliance, manage employee inquiries, and facilitate people processes such as onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. By providing responsive and standardised people services, you will enable the people function to support day-to-day operations effectively, allowing other people roles to focus on strategic initiatives.

Office Location

This role is hybrid (flexible, 1 day a week at any of the below offices)

Requirements

Full scope of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Regular maintenance of Workday, ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion and carrying out regular data cleanses.
  • Preparing requested reports and completing analysis of information to identify trends, areas of improvement and continued business excellence.
  • Effective management of queries through Workday case management system within agreed service levels.
  • Support with changes to Workdays Electronic Document Management System, creating and reviewing necessary documents.
  • Proactively encouraging the use of self-service tools and portal by all employees and managers.
  • Collaborating with People Centres of Excellence to resolve any questions that ‘break policy’ and provide feedback on questions / issues.
  • Administration support for onboarding, off boarding, payroll and personnel administration process, as needed – preparing contracts, updating relevant systems.
  • Collating HR Policies and templates in line with legislative changes.
  • Administration support for performance management and employee development in line with performance management policy.
  • Supporting staff recruitment processes, including handling of the application and shortlisting process, liaising with candidates and scheduling of interviews, preparing offers and contracts of employment, referencing, and collecting required documentation at offer stage.
  • Provide support relating to Employee Relations matters.
  • Ensure consistent Human Resources administration is followed in all studios; including personnel files, contracts, job descriptions, annual leave and sickness records etc.
  • Maintain Right to Work checks ensuing Visas are in date.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree in related discipline or CIPD is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years of work experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Experience with Workday manager, employee self service and case management tools is essential.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Google and Excel, with experience of tools that ensure that enable digital transformation of the function.
  • Committed to personal learning and self-improvement, including continuous professional development.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organisation.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and being flexible, organised and able to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high activity environment, on a wide variety of matters and able to handle the requirement to quickly shift from one situation or task to another.
  • Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Accountability and dependability with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage but not required).
