Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum + car allowance
Travel: Occasional travel to other company sites

Are you a proactive HR professional with a strong foundation in Employee Relations and an upbeat, energetic approach? We are working with a construction company looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join a small, collaborative HR team in North-West London.

The Role
As our P&C Advisor, you will be the go-to contact for line managers, providing confident guidance, coaching, and mentoring on HR processes.

Leading disciplinary investigations, grievances, short-term/long-term sickness cases, and probationary reviews.
Drafting well-reasoned, effective outcome letters and communicating clearly with colleagues via phone and email.
Assisting with general HR admin, contract generation, and processing maternity/paternity paperwork to support the team during leave or peak periods.
Contributing to the maintenance and update of company HR policies.

Experience

Strong ER knowledge, handling disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management cases from start to finish.
Confident building relationships with managers, offering robust advice, and writing high-quality professional correspondence.
Highly organised and able to easily prioritises tasks in a busy environment.

Desirable Experience

Experience with TUPE or redundancies is an advantage, but not essential.
