About the roleWe’re looking for a proactive People and Culture Partner to support leaders, improve employee experience and drive key people initiatives.
Key duties and responsibilities Employee experience and engagement
Champion an inclusive, engaging culture.
Lead engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives.Onboarding, development and talent support
Support hiring managers with onboarding and interviews.
Identify development opportunities to support retention and growth.Employee relations and advisory
Advise managers on people matters.
Manage employee relations cases, escalating where needed
