ROLE PURPOSE:
We’re looking for a People & Culture Change Adoption Manager to help accelerate and embed that transformation. This role sits at the heart of organisational change, ensuring that new operating models, structures and ways of working don’t just get designed: they get adopted, sustained and lived every day.
Working across our diverse portfolio, you’ll strengthen the bridge between organisational design and behaviour change, helping leaders and teams build the habits, capabilities and rhythms needed to deliver strategy in a fast-changing environment.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning ambition into action and change into measurable outcomes.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Embedding new ways of working
Translate organisational design and target operating models into practical, sustainable working practices
Align roles, processes, behaviours and governance routines to strategic outcomes
Driving behaviour and culture change
Design and deliver behaviour change and culture interventions that support leadership effectiveness and team adoption
Enable consistent, people-centred change across business units
Supporting transformation delivery
Partner with People & Culture colleagues and leaders to provide structured change management expertise
Ensure organisational readiness, engagement and adoption during periods of change
Enabling workforce capability and skills
Support DC Thomson’s transition towards a skills-based organisation
Align learning, capability development and skills data to operating model needs
Using insight to improve impact
Use data, people analytics and qualitative insight to assess change effectiveness
Identify blockers, risks and opportunities to continuously improve delivery

High adoption of new operating models and ways of working
Visible shifts in leadership and team behaviours aligned to our desired culture
Improved governance rhythms, collaboration and delivery cadence
Strong alignment between workforce skills and strategic needs
Sustainable transformation outcomes that improve performance, efficiency or customer impact
Experience embedding organisational design and operating model change
Deep understanding of people-centred change and adoption practices
Strong relationship-building skills across complex, matrix environments
Confidence using data and insight to inform decisions and measure progress
Experience working at pace across multiple initiatives and stakeholders
Key Skills: Oganisation Design & Implementation, Organisational Change Management, Business Process Improvement, Facilitation & Insight and Project Delivery
