Job Description - People & Culture Lead

Meraki Talent is partnering with Financial Investment firm, looking for a People & Culture Lead role to be part of the global HR team.

You will be working with international teams, working collaboratively with line managers to support, shape and develop a growing organisation. You will be people centric to commit to a positive, inclusive and enjoyable culture.

People & Culture Responsibilities:

Delivering end to end employee lifecycle support from onboarding, performance, ER, and offboarding
Partnering with regional teams and managers to drive people centred initiatives and to encourage employee engagement activities
Supporting recruitment activities, generating job descriptions, screening calls, scheduling interviews and administrating assessments
Managing the administration for all starters and leavers, ensuring all documents and paperwork is completed
Leading on policies, compliance, and employee relations processes
Supporting L&D, performance reviews, payroll input, and wellbeing initiatives
Helping to shape culture through internal communications, engagement and events
Providing monthly reports for benefit changes and payroll

Person Specification:

CIPD Level 3+ qualified with proven generalist HR experience
Ideally previously working in an international business
Positive work ethic and keen to promote best practice
Previous experience using HR Systems
Strong operational delivery with international exposure preferred
Knowledge of UK employment law essential; European employment law a plus
A collaborative and professional communicator with a hands-on approach
Passionate about building a positive and inclusive culture
