Location: Wandsworth (4 days a week in the office)

Branding Science is a global consultancy led market research agency with headquarters based in London. We are looking for a People Operations Administrator to assist in the management of People Operations across all business entities and locations.

Our Global People and Culture team provide HR support and guidance to the business and the People Operations Administrator will assist the team with HR and recruitment.

Reporting into the Global People & Culture Manager, the role will be varied and challenging, so will suit anyone who is adaptable, flexible and can manage multiple priorities, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and high degree of professionalism.

The role

Update and maintain HR systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Manage the full 360° employee lifecycle, including administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and health & safety.
Draft and maintain various letters and documentation to support the People & Culture team.
Support People & Culture initiatives, such as coordinating employee gifts, weekly updates, and team meetings.
Greet and host office visitors and perform general administrative duties to enhance the overall employee experience.
Assist in the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the Branding Science brand, attract top talent, and boost employee and client engagement.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR and day-to-day operations.

Your experience

Experience of working in a HR administrator position
Basic understanding of HR systems, policies and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Experience of managing recruitment processes and ATS’
Actively pursues excellence and professionalism in all interactions
