People Operations Manager
  • Annual Salary: £37,401 - £39,441
  • Location: Nuneaton
  • Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent (0.8 - 1.0 FTE)

We're working with a well established multi-academy trust in their search for a People Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping outstanding people operations across our organisation. Based at a well established College in Nuneaton, this role is integral to a Trust-wide team that collaborates across three sixth form colleges.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage HR systems, data administration, and employee lifecycle processes at a Trust-wide level.
  • Data Integrity and Systems Management: Maintain accurate and compliant HR systems and processes.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to statutory workforce requirements and manage timely submissions of reports.
  • Pay and Contracts Management: Oversee employee compensation structures and contract administration.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Administer efficient recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle conflict resolution, employee complaints, and disciplinary processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR management roles, including direct handling of HR systems and data management.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Approach: Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to daily tasks and challenges.
