We are recruiting a People Partner for a progressive business whose mission is to improve patients lives. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will form part of a small HR team working alongside your TA person and HR Coordinator. Based on the outskirts of Cambridge, with parking and hybrid working of 3 days in the office.

Partnering with client groups to align people strategies within workforce planning and organisational design
Coaching and advising managers
Supporting the development of employee engagement strategies
Championing the high performance culture
Preparing data analytics and insights
Developing people policies, processes and systems
Leading on on-boarding, compliance, benefits and payroll

About you?

You will have previous experience of operating at an advisory level as a People Partner / HR Business Partner
CIPD level 5 or above
Experience in a fast growth or start up / scale up environment
Competent in using HR systems such as HiBob, ATS and LMS
Knowledge of US employment legislation would be useful
Self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and relationship builder
