Salary: Circa £60k
Hours: Full-time, 8am - 17:30pm, Mon-Fri

About the Role:
We are supporting a successful and growing multi-site, multi-brand organisation in the appointment of an experienced People Partner.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and wants to play a key role in shaping people strategy, organisational performance and culture.

Working alongside senior leadership teams, you will act as a trusted People Partner, providing strategic insight and challenge across organisational design, workforce planning, talent, leadership capability, employee engagement and business change.

People Partner responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership teams to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
Provide advice and challenge on organisational design, workforce planning and capability.
Use people data and insight to influence business decisions and improve performance.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning and capability mapping.
Support leadership development and the creation of high-performing teams.
Identify and address current and future capability gaps.
Provide strategic guidance on complex and sensitive employee relations matters.
Lead the people aspects of restructuring, integration and business change programmes.
Support organisational alignment and capability development during periods of change.
Help embed new structures, roles and ways of working while maintaining business performance.
Ensure people practices align with legal, statutory and internal governance requirements.
Provide pragmatic, commercially balanced advice on people-related decisions.People Partner will have / be:

Experience working within a complex, multi-site or multi-brand environment is mandatory
Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner role in hard . retail / hospitality industry
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience of organisational design, transformation, turnaround or change.
A solid understanding of UK employment law.
A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
