Join our clients dynamic Liverpool team as a People Partner on a 12-month FTC - Hybrid.

You will drive employee engagement, support their talent development, and foster a positive workplace culture

Day to Day......

  • Support managers in recruiting the best talent through guidance and coaching on effective practices. Provide hire and cost analysis to feed into the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Guide and support managers in creating an exceptional onboarding experience. Make meaningful improvements to the tools available through feedback and data analysis.• Collaborate with the People
  • Development Team to help design customised training programs to support their regions in delivering success thus driving retention and satisfaction.
  • Deliver the offboarding strategy to capture vital information from our leavers to educate and inform our overall people strategy.
  • Offer day to day advice and guidance to all employees in relation to our people policies, processes & best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers with regards to employee relations, supporting managers to own their cases whilst you ensure compliance with all relevant employment law.
  • Support the Head of People & Culture in the TUPE process, providing administrative and on-site support whilst adhering to the relevant TUPE legislation.
  • Support the delivery of restructure and redundancy processes.
  • Maintain awareness of HR trends and best practices making recommending as necessary.
  • Analyse our people metrics to identify areas of concern and contribute to making recommendations for improvement in your area your area of responsibility.

Coaching and Collaboration

  • Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, make recommendations and support change in line with their objectives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
  • Be an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and respects differences.
  • Collaborate and share best practice with your team through monthly meetings to support knowledge sharing and making recommendations for improvement which aligns with the overall business objectives.

Your Skills and Expertise

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in the below competencies:

  • Employee Lifecycle - Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the employee lifecycle and how to add value.
  • Employee Relations - Proven experience in managing employee relations casework with ability to identify risk.
  • Policies, Processes & Employment Law - Ability to correctly advise employees on policies and process and ensuring knowledge of employment law is maintained.
  • TUPE - Experience in the TUPE process and understanding relevant legislation.
  • Redundancy - Experience in restructure and redundancy processes and understanding relevant legislation.
  • Metrics, Data Analysis and Strategy - Ability to analysis metrics and data to make recommendations that contribute to building an effective people strategy. This covers talent acquisition, sickness, attrition, and other key metrics.
  • Talent Development and Training - Contribute to training design and delivering training to managers.
  • Business Acumen - An understanding of how the business operates and how our People strategy aligns with the overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Change Management - Ability to support employees through change and an understanding of the key component of change management.
