Salary Banding: £38,000 - £42,000

Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing People Services team and play a key role in shaping the future of our People Operations function. As People Services Manager, you’ll oversee a busy, high-volume service environment, ensuring we deliver timely, accurate and customer-focused support to colleagues across our UK business. You’ll guide your team through day-to-day queries, support their development, and drive continuous improvement across processes, technology and ways of working. We're looking for someone who is passionate about developing people, obsessed with customer experience, and committed to making our service the best it can be.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a team of People Services Advisers to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Managing high volumes of people-related queries and ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex or sensitive people matters.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Monitoring performance, analysing service trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting process, technology and service changes that enhance customer experience.
  • Delivering induction, training and ongoing development for team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and data protection requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing, coaching and developing a team in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Strong customer service background with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to review processes, identify improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of people policies, processes and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive, customer-obsessed leader who brings energy, collaboration and a solution-focused mindset.
