Job Description - People Services Administrator

About the Company:
A well-established and respected organisation based in North London is seeking a dedicated People Services Administrator to join its collaborative team. With over 40 years of experience delivering specialist care and support to individuals and families in the community.

The Role:
As a People Services Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support across the People Services function including HR, L&D and Volunteering. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about supporting people-focused work. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the L&D team to ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes for both internal staff and external learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality admin support across HR, L&D, and Volunteering
  • Coordinating internal and external training sessions and events
  • Acting as the first point of contact for People Services queries
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Organising interviews, onboarding, and volunteer engagement activities
  • Supporting with reporting, minute-taking, and project admin work
Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience in administration, ideally in a HR services team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HR or learning management systems (desirable but not essential)
Benefits:
  • Salary from £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
