Our client is looking for a People Services Advisor who can provide first-line HR support, manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll admin, and maintain accurate colleague records- all while ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

What you'll do:

• Provide first-line advisory support to colleagues by resolving HR queries efficiently and in accordance with service level agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate colleague records.
• Support the end-to-end on boarding process by preparing contracts, induction materials.
• Assist with off boarding activities including the preparation of exit documentation
• Contribute to payroll and benefits administration.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions by managing schedules and logistics.
• Participate in HR projects by offering insights, recommendations, and administrative support as needed to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage content on the help desk platform by identifying opportunities to enhance self-service resources and streamline internal processes.

What you bring:

• HR support/admin experience (advisory, including payroll and benefit experience, a bonus).
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset.
