Description

• Providing comprehensive HR support to the organisation
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process
• Facilitating performance management and employee relations
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are compliant with regulations
• Coordinating training and development programs for staff
• Managing HR records in line with GDPR requirements
• Assisting in the implementation of HR projects
• Liaising with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation

Profile

A successful People Services Coordinator should have:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
• Proficient knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Proactive and positive approach to tasks
