People Team Administrator

My well established, dynamic Client is urgently looking for a People Team Administrator to join their growing People & Culture team. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth running of their HR operations and ensuring an engaging and seamless journey for candidates and employees alike.

HR Administration & Support

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and systems

• Assist with employee relations documentation and coordination

Recruitment Coordination

• Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics, ensuring a professional and efficient process

• Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle

• Deliver a smooth, timely, and engaging candidate experience

• Support the preparation and issuing of offer letters and contracts

Onboarding & New Starter Support

• Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate induction plans for new hires

• Be a key contact for new starters, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed

• Partner with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding journey

Employee Experience

• Support HR projects and initiatives to drive engagement, culture, and retention

• Assist in organising team events, recognition activities, and wellness initiatives

• Help ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across all touchpoints
