The role
• Answering incoming calls and directing them promptly and professionally
• Using our internal CRM system to manage inbox messages and respond efficiently
• Handling all forms of correspondence in a timely and organised manner
• Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
• Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by your line manager
