We are looking for a passionate and motivating industry professional with expertise in project management to join our client as a Performance Coach to inspire and guide high-performing teams.

Summary of Role:
As a Performance Coach, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the excellence of our training programs. Your role involves coaching and mentoring trainers and skills coaches, evaluating performance, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Collaboration with delivery managers and quality colleagues will be key to maintaining standards and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive coaching and mentorship to trainers and skills coaches.
Evaluate performance through observations and feedback sessions, producing development plans.
Develop and implement performance improvement strategies aligned with company goals.
Support the induction and development of new Skills Coaches.
Establish quality benchmarks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with standards.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure consistent delivery and adherence to best practices.
Create and maintain relevant materials and resources for trainers.
Essential Qualifications:
Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent.
Level 4 qualification in Project Management.
Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training or equivalent teaching qualification.
Conversant with Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.
Desirable Qualifications:
Level 4 Certificate in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice.
Level 3 Coaching & Mentoring qualification.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a trainer or coach, preferably within a training provider.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on performance improvement.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes within a training environment.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning software.
