Manchester City Centre- 4 days p/week in office

Salary £30- £32k + Bonus

Forward Role are working with a leading media agency seeking a proactive Performance Executive to support campaign execution and reporting across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic. This is an ideal opportunity for someone earlier on in their marketing career with 1-2 years behind them a passion for data and media.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimising digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage creative updates and support performance checks (e.g., SQRs, CPC bids, creative testing)
• Pull performance data and help build client reports and dashboards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and media partners
• Contribute to campaign analysis and insight reporting

What they’re Looking For:

• Prior Paid Media experience in a junior role
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Clear communicator with an interest in digital marketing
• Exposure to tools like Google Ads, Meta, or Google Analytics is a plus
• Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt

The team are a close-knit team of 20, all seriously talented and you'll learn tonnes. This role wont be around for long!
