At National Grid, we keep people connected and society moving. As we continue to drive the energy transition and build a cleaner, more sustainable future, we're looking for talented people who can help turn data into meaningful insight.
We're recruiting a Performance Insight Lead to join our Asset Operations team. Using Power BI, AI-powered analytics and modern reporting techniques, you'll deliver solutions that help teams identify trends, manage risks, uncover opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
If you're passionate about data, performance and making a real impact, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Asset Operations while supporting the delivery of a reliable and resilient energy network.
You're passionate about using data to solve business problems and have the confidence to engage, influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels. Rather than simply taking a requirement and building a report, you're someone who seeks to understand the wider business need, asks the right questions and recommends the most effective solution.
You'll combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, enabling you to turn complex data into meaningful insight that drives action.
