THE COMPANY

This start-up is in the food and wellness space and is seeking talent to join their team. The company focuses on helping people create healthy, delicious, and enjoyable meals. They've recently transitioned into a subscription-based model and successfully launched a new app, marking their evolution into a product-led tech business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team shaping the future of cooking through technology!

THE ROLE

You'll work closely with the CEO/Founder, as well as the wider senior leadership team across product, creative, and data.

This is a highly data-driven role focused on performance marketing-owning campaign execution across Meta and TikTok, while also exploring new channels. You'll collaborate on strategy, ensure alignment with commercial goals, and take full ownership of performance analysis, experimentation, and optimisation.

Key responsibilities include tracking KPIs like CPA, CTR, and LTV, and using a robust tech stack: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Appsflyer, Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BigQuery.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a data-driven start/scale up environment
• Subscription or App experience is ideal
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Both TikTok and Meta Ads experience is a must
• Hands on experience working on execution of campaigns and wider strategy
