Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Creating and implementing performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, focusing on ROI and audience engagement.
Developing account structures, conducting keyword and audience research, setting bidding strategies, and managing budgets to optimise campaign performance.
Analysing account data to identify trends, optimise KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Leading onboarding calls and performance reviews with clients, explaining campaign decisions clearly and effectively.
Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and high standards of reporting.
Utilising AI tools and automation platforms to streamline account management and focus on strategic planning.
Keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, and offline conversion imports.

c.£40,000 dependent on experience.

Performance Marketing Manager Experience Essentials

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max and Shopping, and Meta Ads campaigns like Advantage+.
Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Conversions API.
Experience with PPC management tools and ad automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on KPIs.
Marketing agency and client-facing experience, with the confidence to communicate technical information clearly to non-marketers.
Familiarity with ecommerce or lead generation marketing models.
Location

Based in the Oxford area, with a hybrid working model requiring four days a week in the office. The office is accessible by public transport and parking facilities are available.
