Junior Performance Marketing Manager
Retail Apparel and Fashion
Enfiled London - 3 days a week
£45,000-£55,000 + package
We are currently working with an apparel brand and online retailer, which is sold from a direct-to-consumer eCommerce store to millions of fans and customers world-wide. The brand is scaling quickly and has an excellent reputation in the market. Due to growth they are looking for a performance marketing manager reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day optimisation of Google and YouTube, Meta, and TikTok ads to ensure optimal performance, and working on new in-platform opportunities.
Develop, execute, and oversee paid media strategies to drive efficient ROAS. Work to CPA targets for both new and existing customers with the ability to pivot between strategies as the market fluctuates.
Day-to-day management of Performance Marketing budget with the Head of Digital Marketing.
Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on core KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement. Monitor and track growth metrics, making data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing team to share insights on creative performance and develop creative asset strategy.
Build brand awareness for our collections and develop women’s strategy with the Head of Digital Marketing to evolve and progress this growing area of the business.
Implement effective acquisition and retention strategies to drive sales and new customer growth while maintaining cost-efficiency. Expand geo-location and territory specific advertising alongside an annual roadmap of business developments.
Expand and implement segments, and targeting of audiences, utilising data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta and other platforms.
Ideal Experience
Experience managing paid media in-house or for an agency, preferably specialising in DTC retail.
Analytically minded with great attention to detail.
A track record of growing paid media programmes and business revenue efficiently. Experience managing large budgets across multiple channels to targets with success.
