Permanent Recruitment Consultant

Location : Milton Keynes

Salary :   £28,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Commission

Our OA Recruitment team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an energetic and adaptable Recruitment Consultant, focusing on high level placements to join us.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll be the heartbeat of our client partnerships, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, every time.

Recruitment Consultant Duties:

• Working with high level clients and senior candidates, building strong relationships with them and guiding them through the recruitment process
• Developing your client base and actively pursuing new business through various sales strategies
• Attracting and placing the best talent through smart sourcing strategies 
• Strong focus on business development, including fee negotiation, attending client visits and lead generation
• Keeping compliance, communication, and systems up to date

Recruitment Consultant Requirements

• A natural communicator who builds trust quickly and knows how to get things done  
• Resilience, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team  
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)  
• Previous recruitment experience is a bonus - but if you’ve got the mindset, we’ll teach you the rest
