Permanent Recruitment Consultant

Teamwork Partnership Ltd is looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a pure recruitment and service-focused role.

You’ll focus on what recruiters do best – finding great candidates, managing vacancies and delivering an excellent service to our existing clients.

The Role:

* Manage permanent vacancies from start to finish

* Source and headhunt suitable candidates

* Screen, interview and shortlist applicants

* Write and advertise vacancies

* Manage interview processes and candidate feedback

* Build strong relationships with existing clients

* Maintain regular communication with candidates

* Deliver a professional, high-quality recruitment service

* Work towards placement and delivery targets

We’re Looking For:

✓ Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills
✓ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✓ Ability to manage multiple vacancies
