Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days/week in modern, flexible office space)

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

On-Target Earnings: £42,000 – £47,000 OTE in Year 1 + Annual Performance Bonus

The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented, driven Permanent Recruitment Consultant to focus exclusively on placing high-calibre clinical and leadership talent (such as Clinical Leads, Case Managers, and Clinical Care Managers) into permanent roles within complex care and clinical settings.

Working directly alongside the ambitious founders and a close-knit team, you will enjoy a high-trust, adult working environment where you are evaluated on outcomes and quality of service, not dial counts.

Key Requirements

Industry Experience (Essential): Prior experience in 360 permanent recruitment within healthcare/complex care OR practical operational experience within complex care / case management services.

Modern Tech Skills: Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging current AI recruitment tools to enhance sourcing and productivity.

Headhunting & Rapport: Exceptional talent-sourcing capability with the ability to network, headhunt, and build genuine, long-term relationships with senior clinical candidates.

Consultative Communication: Professional, sophisticated communication style that aligns with a high-end advisory brand.

London Commute: Able to attend the Central London office at least 3 days per week (non-negotiable).
