Skills/Experience
Proven recruitment experience within the change and transformation sector
2+ years total experience within recruitment or human resources
Proven track record of high revenue generating activity
Experience in developing new client relationships
Successfully completed a Masters university degree.
A competitive, yet collaborative and supportive attitude
Senior Recruitment Consultant

Day-to-Day Activities
Providing expert, specialist advice to candidates
Facilitate the end to end recruitment process, including conducting interviews
Lead by example through exceptional, consistent fee performance, activity, and attitude
Assist with negotiation between candidates and hiring managers at clients
Working with the leadership team advising on training and recruitment within the organisation
