Are you an experienced RMN ready to step into a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to join our team, offering a competitive salary and long-term stability in a rewarding mental health care environment.

Salary: £43,000 – £46,000 per year

Location: South Wales

Shift Pattern: 07:45 – 19:30

Start Date: 2–4 weeks

Duration: Permanent

As Deputy Ward Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the clinical team in delivering patient-centered care

• Conducting clinical risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulations

• Providing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff

• Overseeing patient treatment plans and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams

• Ensuring accurate documentation and contributing to ongoing improvements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Current NMC registration & valid pin

• Experience working in mental health settings

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Sunday with flexibility where possible.
