Permanent RMN - High Pay in South Wales!

Are you a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for an opportunity in an inpatient setting? We have a rewarding role available in South Wales, offering stability, career development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per year

Location: South Wales

Shift Pattern: 07:45 – 19:30

Start Date: 2–4 weeks

Duration: Permanent

As an RMN in our inpatient team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient setting

• Conducting clinical assessments and supporting recovery-focused interventions

• Administering medications and managing risk assessments

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

• Supporting patients with complex mental health needs

• Ensuring compliance with NMC and professional standards

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Current NMC registration & valid pin

• Experience working within an inpatient mental health setting

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work under pressure

• Commitment to delivering holistic and compassionate care

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Sunday with flexibility where possible.
