The Role:

• Oversee and manage the SEN provision across the school


• Work closely with teachers and parents to support students with special educational needs


• Ensure that all students have equal access to a high-quality education


• Develop and implement individual learning plans for students


• Lead staff training on best practices for supporting SEN students
