The Role:
- Oversee and manage the SEN provision across the school
- Work closely with teachers and parents to support students with special educational needs
- Ensure that all students have equal access to a high-quality education
- Develop and implement individual learning plans for students
- Lead staff training on best practices for supporting SEN students
