The Role:

• Lead and manage the school’s SEN provision, ensuring all students receive the support they need


• Work closely with teachers and staff to implement tailored strategies for individual students


• Liaise with external agencies, parents, and carers to ensure effective support for SEN students


• Monitor and track progress of SEN students, ensuring they are achieving their potential

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS with significant experience in SEN and leadership


• A passion for inclusive education and working with students with additional needs


• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills


• Knowledge of current SEN legislation and best practices
