Pay Range
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potential
Job Description
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped bonus potential
Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler's House, Tylers Ave, Southend-on-Sea SS1 2BB
Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home (after induction)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays per annum

Reed Southend is looking for a Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding engineering division. The role will focus on permanent recruitment in the Engineering market. This is an exciting opportunity to come on board as we invest in the growth of this rapidly expanding marketplace and make a mark of your own.
