Your Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Cultivate and secure new client relationships.
• Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top candidates for your clients.
• Creative Ad Writing: Craft compelling job adverts that resonate with candidates and represent our clients’ needs.
• Interviewing Excellence: Identify and interview the best talent in the market.
• Strategic Marketing: Create personalized marketing materials to showcase candidates and services.
• Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, social events, and lunches.

Qualifications:

While sales or recruitment experience is beneficial, it’s not essential. We value excellent communication skills, a drive for excellence, and a strong work ethic.
