Pay Range

£27,500 - £36,500 per annum + uncapped commission

Job Description

We’re looking for ambitious recruiters to take over a well‑established recruitment desk at Reed. You’ll cover office support and commercial recruitment across Surrey and the surrounding area, focusing on permanent and fixed‑term placements. This is a rare opportunity to step into a successful desk within a powerhouse team known for developing exceptional talent. This is covering the HR recruitment market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 Recruitment Process: Engage in every aspect of recruitment business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations and deal closures.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with job opportunities. Prepare and promote candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly.

• Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales.

• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities
