You\u2019ll partner closely with the Head of Secure by Design and two senior leaders, enabling them to focus on what matters most by keeping their days running smoothly and efficiently. From expertly managing complex diaries and balancing competing priorities, to coordinating meetings, events and travel across markets, you\u2019ll be a trusted point of contact who brings clarity and structure to busy schedules.\n\nYou\u2019ll build strong relationships across the wider PA and governance communities, working collaboratively within Vodafone Cyber Security, Technology and Group functions. The role offers exposure beyond your immediate team, with opportunities to support wider initiatives, planning activities and events alongside the Director\u2019s Principal Assistant. With a strong focus on forward planning, organisation and delivery, you\u2019ll anticipate needs, manage requests with confidence and ensure deadlines are met\u2014even when things move at pace.\n\nThis is a role where your ability to stay calm under pressure, think ahead and adapt to changing demands will truly shine, and where your contribution will have a visible impact every day.\n\n## Who you are\n\nWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences who bring curiosity, creativity, and a passion for service excellence.\n\n \nYou\u2019ll thrive in this role if you have:\n\n * Proven experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast\u2011paced environment\n * Strong organisational, planning and time\u2011management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities\n * Excellent Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders\n * Clear, open and inclusive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively\n * A positive, resilient and proactive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure\n * Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel and expenses within policy guidelines\n * A collaborative mindset, building trusted relationships and contributing to a supportive PA network\n * Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs\n * An interest in, or understanding of, technology and cyber security environments is beneficial, but curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
